Yet, beneath its noble aspirations, lay hidden challenges that threatened its mission. It was in this pivotal moment that Tirisano Trust and Atlas Copco emerged as beacons of transformation.
A visit by the Trustees and Atlas Copco corporate office brought to light the pressing needs that the school faced. The existing toilet facilities were not just inadequate, they posed safety risks and lacked basic amenities. With 205 learners and dedicated educators, the urgency for change was undeniable.Envirosan was entrusted with the task of executing the project, undertaken by Enviromould the construction division. With a strong emphasis on community involvement, local labor played a pivotal role, resulting in a collaborative journey that fills us with immense pride.
The outcome? New toilet facilities and wash stations that transcended mere structures. These facilities embody hope, empowerment, and the promise of a brighter future for the students of Bhekhizizwe Primary School. With each brick laid, a new path was paved, ensuring that the dreams and aspirations of these young minds would no longer be hindered by the challenges that once stood in their way.
